4 packages. One easy booking. No budget surprises.

Been handed the job of organising the work Christmas party? We’ve made the difficult parts easy.

Choose one of four food packages, multiply the price by your guest numbers and add a bar-tab limit if you would like one. That gives you a clear figure to take straight to whoever signs off the budget.

Every package includes:

  • Room hire

  • GST

  • Courtesy bus around the Karratha townsite

  • Live music for Friday and Saturday night functions

  • One local team helping you organise the food, drinks and space

Christmas function packages are available from 1 November to 31 December 2026, with a minimum of 20 guests.

Keep It Casual — $25 per person

A light, easygoing spread featuring:

  • Cheeseburger sliders

  • Kev’s smoky BBQ wings

  • Buffalo wings

  • Beer battered onion rings

  • House dipping sauces

Perfect for sundowners and after work casual celebrations where lighter shared eats hit the spot.

Minimum 20 guests.

The Crowd Pleaser — $35 per person

A familiar, generous combination featuring:

  • House pizzas

  • Cheeseburger sliders

  • Kev’s smoky BBQ wings

  • Buffalo wings

  • Beer battered onion rings

Pizza Party Upgrade — Add $10 per person

Add house pizzas to Keep It Casual, Feed the Crew or Go All Out, with a spread of crowd-favourite flavours.

Pizza is already included in The Crowd Pleaser.

Need a Figure for Approval?

Your catering price is simply your guest count multiplied by the package price.

Room hire, GST and the courtesy bus are already included. For Friday and Saturday night functions, live music is included too.

Bar Tabs and More

Your Bar Tab, Your Rules

Want to put drinks on for the team without leaving the final spend open ended? We can arrange a bar tab with a limit chosen by you.

Your tab can include:

  • Beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks

  • Beer, wine and soft drinks only

  • Selected drinks or products nominated by you

  • Any other combination that suits your team and budget

Wristbands can be provided so our bar team can easily identify the guests included on your tab.

You choose the spending limit in advance, giving you control over the total cost. Once the limit is reached, guests can purchase their own drinks or the nominated organiser can choose to extend the tab.

Responsible service of alcohol applies throughout the function.

A Space That Fits Your Team

Your group won’t be squeezed into a corner—or lost in a room that is far too large.

  • Inside: up to 30 guests

  • The Shed: up to 60 guests

  • The Beer Garden: up to 100 guests

Tell us your estimated guest numbers and we’ll help match your group with the most suitable space.

What Else Is Included?

Room hire

There is no separate room hire charge with any Christmas function package.

Live music

We have live music every Friday and Saturday night. Book your function on either night and the entertainment is already part of the atmosphere.

Functions on other nights use the venue sound system.

Courtesy bus

Our 11-seat courtesy bus can make multiple trips around the Karratha townsite. Let us know approximately where your guests will be travelling when you confirm your final numbers and we’ll help plan the runs.

Food service

Food is served progressively on shared platters, allowing guests to eat, mingle and enjoy the night without waiting for a formal seated meal.

Dietary Requirements

Vegetarian options are included in every package at no additional charge.

Gluten-free and vegan options are also available on request and may require separately prepared items. Please provide the number of guests with each dietary requirement when confirming your final numbers.

Booking Essentials

  • Minimum 20 guests

  • No deposit required

  • Final guest and dietary numbers are due seven days before your function

  • Payment is due seven days before your function

  • Package prices are confirmed when you book

  • December Fridays and Saturdays are expected to book early
